IHSAA Championships a Great Success in the Starz Family of Athletes

Hi Diving Families:
Congratulations to our boys and girls who competed at the IHSAA State Championships in February. Another great performance effort this year - in recent years this is especially notable due almost entirely to our awesome Satellite Program training regimen establishing a new wave in influence in the sport of diving in the State of Indiana.
Special congratulations to the 2009 IHSAA Boys Diving Champion - Casey Johnson of Indian Creek High School - the first IHSAA winner in the sport of Swimming/Diving in the school's history. Casey has trained under the tutelage of Starz Diving Club Coach Corey Ervin of the Whiteland Starz. Casey performed his last 33 dives over the last three years at the State Championship level without a single recordable "missed dive" - which is simply AMAZING!!!
We offer special congratulations to the 2009 IHSAA Girls State Champion... of the Noblesville Starz... under the tutelage of Coach Doug Hartley... the lean, mean, sophomore diving machine... KATIE BITTNER! In a tight race to the finish... Katie pulled out an awesome inward 1 1/2 ss pike to clench the deal... way to go Katie!
